The Steak Journey That Built Tavérn

I’m Ivan Đukić, and for over 10 years I’ve dedicated my life to mastering steak. That pursuit took me across the globe, from living in Argentina’s smoky parrillas, learning throughout Europe and the U.S., to teaching thousands through Steak Academy, my global education platform. 

For years I hosted private steak dinners in villas across Istria. Now, with Petra by my side, I’m bringing it home to the one place where it all began, our Tavérn. A space where global steak mastery blends with the flavors of our Istrian roots: truffle, olive oil, and tradition. Come share a one-night escape with steaks kissed by charcoal, crafted just for you.

What Makes This Night Different

Because we’re not a restaurant or catering setup, that’s our superpower—this is an experience, not just a meal, and that’s what makes us unique. By law, we can’t sell alcohol or roll out the usual waiter service, but that’s what makes it yours. No waiters means it’s just you, Petra, and me, purely private like friends gathering at home. Bring your own wine or drinks with no extra charge, or we can get them for you with details arranged once you contact us.

We host just one booking a day, tailored to what you love, and require a minimum party of 4. For fewer, an extra charge applies to keep this special experience alive in our Tavérn.
